Tony Beef is owned and operated by a pair of brothers, Nick and Anthony Della Vecchia. Since they were kids, it was always their dream to open a restaurant together. Anthony (right), a graduate of Atlantic Cape Community College Academy of Culinary Arts, with an extensive background in culinary arts and a well renowned chef in Atlantic County, is the head chef. Nick (left), a graduate of La Salle University with a major in accounting and finance, does the accounting, marketing, and managing of the restaurant.
BEHIND THE NAME
None of this would be possible without the support of the Della Vecchia family. Dad Tony, Mom Charlotte, and sister Lindsey have done nothing short of supporting Anthony and Nick throughout the entire adventure. When it comes to our name, well... there’s some inspiration to it. Our father (Tony) grew up always dreaming to open his own butcher shop. As most of us know, sometimes life can throw obstacles to block our dream from becoming reality. Our father may not have been able to fulfill his dream of becoming an entrepreneur, but his sons wanted to make sure it felt that way by naming the restaurant after him. With unlimited inspiration and motivation from their family, Tony Beef was born.
